It’s me again, Heather Perkins with Breast Cancer Action. Activists – I needed my community thirteen years ago when I faced a breast cancer diagnosis – and my community showed up.
Today – someone else needs you.
1 in 8 people assigned female sex at birth are diagnosed with breast cancer each year. Your action over the past 32 years is keeping people alive, but as we all know, too many people continue to die from breast cancer.
This spring, I am asking you to donate your hard-earned money to help us continue BCAction’s unique and absolutely necessary work. Your dollars go directly to support our work, that we achieve together, to address and end the breast cancer through a health justice lens.
I am living a healthy life, creating more beautiful moments and memories with my loved ones because people like YOU showed up and continue to show up.
