We have lived with the health harms caused by fossil fuels for far too long.

Fossil fuels lie at the center of the climate crisis and exacerbate the breast cancer crisis, and we have an opportunity to do something about it. This month, hundreds of world leaders are set to convene at the United Nations Climate Ambition Summit in New York City to commit to phasing out fossil fuels.

Join us at the upcoming March to End Fossil Fuels as thousands of people from around the world take to the streets of New York to demand that these leaders, including President Biden, take bold actions and enforce actionable policies to #EndFossilFuels.

When: Sunday, September 17, 2023; 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Where: 56th Street and Broadway, New York, NY 10107. Routes are available from www.endfossilfuels.us/logistics

How: RSVP and learn more about the march at www.endfossilfuels.us

Breast Cancer Action is proud to be among the 500+ organizations that have endorsed this march. The use of fossil fuels not only contributes to the climate crisis, but exposure to chemicals used in fossil fuel extraction, production, and manufacturing also increases our risk of developing breast cancer.

To protect public health and our planet, join this march and help us begin taking steps toward ending our reliance on fossil fuels.
